ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

​

Our products are not certified vegan. There can also be a slight difference of opinion amongst vegan consumers. The ingredients are under each product description; we recommend looking to make the decision that is best for you. 

 

However, our natural, cruelty-free products are made without parabens and are hypo-allergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free and halal certified.

DOES YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN VITAMIN E?

​

Yes, our products are enriched with the antioxidant Vitamin E for moisture and contains natural vanillin extract.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL CERTIFIED?

​

Yes. Our products do not include ingredients derived from animals or genetically modified organisms (GMOs) that are affirmed as unclean and are never tested on animals.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed because of high order volume. Please contact us at info@madisonkaicosmetics.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.  

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns/exchanges.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ORDER?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact us at info@madisonkaicosmetics.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.   

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?

At this time we do not offer samples.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

​

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Your product(s) will arrive to you within 5-7 days of order processing. We suggest you create an account to track your order status.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

​

Once the order has been successfully placed a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number sent. 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once your order is fulfilled and has been shipped out. 

 

DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?

No. However, by setting up an account you have access to order and shipping information. You can also be added to our email list for exclusive discounts and updates.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT(S) DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via PayPal, AfterPay, and all major credit/debit cards.
